The seminar

June 16th - June 17th 2015 - Las Vegas - Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel


  • We will be focussing on what's new in the software over the preceding 12-24 months
  • Version 4.5 will be released at the seminar and we'll look at it's new features
  • Significant enhancements to IOS will be demonstrated
  • A new tsPortal with email support will be demonstrated

Who can come and how many

Attendance is limited to...
  • Companies with at least NeoPackProfessional or equivalent (please check with us if in doubt).
  • Strictly a maximum of 4 people per company (no exceptions, no observers, please don't ask!)
  • The first two people per company are free. The next two are $199 each
  • Maximum capacity is 60 people. Places are filled on a first come basis


Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel


A change of hotel this year! The Renaissance is just down the road from the Embassy Suites. It's recently refurbished, right next to the Monorail station and is offering us great rooms at a great rate. We can also setup our meeting room with two projectors and two screens so nobody is more then five rows from the front.
The room rate is $109 per night plus taxes and includes complimentary internet

Make your booking

Booking your place is a two part process. You must book with both us and the hotel

Step 1: Book your attendance with us

Use our online registration form to let us know who is coming

Step 2: Book your accommodation directly with the hotel

Book your rooms directly with the hotel using this link . Rooms are $109 per night plus taxes.

Booking deadline

Reservations with the hotel close on May 15th 2015 or when our room block is full whichever comes first. After this date the hotel will not be holding rooms for us and reservations can only be made at the normal hotel rate subject to availability.

More information

Costs - What we pay, what you pay

Us: For the first two attendees there is no cost for the seminar itself. The next two will be charged at $199 each. We will also provide lunch on both days along with refreshments.
You: You will need to look after your travel to get there, accommodation at the hotel, breakfast and dinner.

Other people - spouses, partners and "non training" people

Any person joining us for meals needs to be counted in your allocation of 4 people.
